Coleman Craddock-Willis is an award-winning Creative Director who built his career at Netflix, leading high-impact 360° campaigns for films and series globally.

He pairs that studio experience with prior roles at Facebook and Instagram on their partnerships and sales teams.

His campaigns have earned multiple honors from the Clio Awards, Golden Trailer Awards, Shorty Awards, and other top industry organizations — making him a trusted partner for brands, filmmakers, and production companies alike.

Unlike many creatives, Coleman pairs strong brand and design instincts with a profound expertise in business operations. At Meta, he was part of the early Global Sales & Partnerships organization, helping shape how Facebook and Instagram worked with advertisers and agencies and building the foundations of those teams.

At Netflix, his experience includes leading some of the studios’ biggest titles and building out the creative strategy for the ‘Netflix Sports’ team and collaborating with leagues like the Olympics, PGA, NFL, and NBA to establish multi-year partnership roadmaps.

Outside of work, he produces music and plays piano.
